Hello evereyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I'm in a bit of a tough spot right now and could really use some advice . I've been dealing with RA for a while, and lately, the pain and stiffness have been getting the best of me. Due to the pain and family circumstances, I haven't been able to go out as much as I'd like to and I miss the days when a nice walk in the park or some sunshine could help ease the pain a bit, but right now, it's not that simple. I'm open to trying anything that might provide some relief 🙏
