Over my lifetime I have learned that it works best if I use it before I think I need it. I use Combivent for my chronic acute severe uncontrolled asthma with medicine. I am stubborn so I used to always use it too late and I would need a nebulizer Duoneb treatment. I wish I don’t need it though.
