[This content has been moderated by an administrator.] Yes, many people have more aches and pains in cold weather, especially if they have conditions such as arthritis, chronic pain, or old injuries. Cold can cause muscles to tighten, reduce blood circulation, and make nerves more sensitive. Wearing layers, especially to protect your hands and feet, will help a lot.
