Hi @yelenaor
One year without pain, this is so great! Congrats! And you don't any side effects? I'm still on Enbrel injections but my doctor wanted to maybe try Humira before all the Covid thing. We will see... How do you do btw? Are you self-isolated? I'm staying at home with my wife but I miss going out and seeing our friends. Its so frustrating to feeling good right now and not being able to do anything!

I was on it for a year and it didnothing for me. Between that and possible side effects, if quit taking it.
HOWEVER I didn't start till age 70 and too much damage had been done. Went to 2 different rheumatologits and neither of them helped me.
So I am happy some people founf relief from it.I don't want to discourage anyone for trying it.

It's completely normal to feel scared or anxious about potential side effects, especially when it comes to medications or treatments. It's important to discuss your concerns with a healthcare professional who can provide personalized information and support. They can help you weigh the benefits and risks, and may offer alternatives or strategies to manage side effects.

I am in the severe range now at 74 yrs old. I have found thru trial and error and getting older with SA, I sleep on my back because I can hardly turn to my side now. I also take 10 mg Melatonin. I didn't know it came in 20 mg! (Thanks ladyslipper 67) What has really help with my back pain, when in bed, is a large memory foam wedge. The large end is under my knees and my legs go down to the small end. It doesn't move when I sleep but then again I am not turning over back and forth. This takes the pressure off my back. I hope this helps someone.
