I've heard this mentioned and was intrigued but after doing some light research, the results were inconclusive and inconsistent so I didn't give it a try... have you tried it? Or has your research shown that is reduced symptoms for people living with asthma? Interested to know!!! @Kare2020

@Kare2020 I have been very interested in acupuncture for asthma. If you could please follow up with your success, it would be much appreciated.
Do you know what type of acupuncture you will be getting? IS it general or is it a by a practicioner that practices it for asthma patients?

I recently tried it as my spouse works in a spa and I could get a discount. To be honest, I don't feel like it did much. I felt very relaxed and the needles didn't hurt. But I didn't notice a reduction in my asthma symptoms, maybe you have to do it many times for it to take effect?

@rodrig_o94 Huh that's interesting. I may still look into it, even if it's only for stress relief. For me my stress is a big factor to my asthma so it may help me in that way.
