Hello @asthma55, thank you for opening this discusion and sharing what you've been going through.
Let me tag some other members who may be able to share their experience with this.
Have any of you undergone a biofeedback method? If so, can you share your experience? How did the procedure go? Did you have any pain or discomfort? Was there any recovery time? Has it helped you?

I previously used Singular to treat my asthma when I had bronchitis and required assistance to stop the flare-up of my asthma brought on by the illness. I had no problems taking it for two weeks. I took the Singular at night and Claritin in the morning, and both worked incredibly well. Although I haven't taken it for more than two weeks at a period, I haven't experienced any problems or negative side effects. I would discuss your worries with your physician. Despite being a nurse, I am not well-versed in all aspects of the profession. Just know that I have no trouble using it.

Fortunately, I have had no negative effects from the medication.

Good morning,
I've been really struggling with asthma attack these days, my current treatments do not help me. Has anyone ever heard of biofeedback for asthma? What do you think about it?
