I had used an Qvar, but it no longer was effectively managing my asthma. I am now stil on Qvar, but in addition am using now dupilumab, which has helped me greatly reduce my exacerbations.

One of the common treatments for asthma is anti-inflammatory agents. Anti-inflammatory agents work to to treat asthmas by interrupting the bronchial inflammation and also have a preventive action. Some anti-inflammatory agents are inhaled corticosteroids, cromolyn sodium, and leukotiene modifiers.
Do you have experience with any anti-inflammatory agents? Which anti-inflammatory agent have you or do you use? What has been your experience with them? Successes in treatment and/or prevention of asthma attacks?
