I have experienced bouts of mild shortness of breath and severe SOB, which resulted in difficulty in breathing and wheezing trying to catch my breath. I went through a period where it felt like I was constantly having an asthma attack or an exacerbation and that is when my doctor recommended biologic therapy because I was having trouble managing my asthma. Since beginning therapy, I have had a decrease in the feeling of an asthma attack and exacerbation. Additionally, I have been able to reduce the use of my inhaler.
