Hi Debbie,
I am sorry to hear about your panic attacks. What have your doctors said about your condition? They should be most familiar with your history and what works/what doesn't work and should be able to prescribe the necessary mediation. Have you been able to communicate with them your current symptoms and concerns?
Here is a Carenity article about Panic Attacks. The first half of the article talks covers "what is a panic attack" , you can skip that part. The second half of the article is "how to cope." While medication may help prevent the attacks, once you feel one starting here are a few things you can try: Close your eyes -Deep breathing -Practice mindfulness -Repeat a mantra in your head. More details about each of these techniques can be found in the article.

What do you do to deal with panic attacks? Are you on medication? Are you able to prevent attacks before they start? Any other advice to share?

Hello,
I've been on clonazepam 38 of the last year's of my life I'm 62. I'm not sure why they decided at this point I could no longer have my medicine but I no longer care. I just need someone to please please I beg anyone that can help me with this to do it please help me stop the panic attacks they hurt so bad that now I cry and I have other physical pain so I don't need another physical pain it's going to make me cry 6 8 times a day please anybody that can help me please feel free to say it.
