I am way past menopause but I believe optimal hormones of any kind would probably make us all feel better! I do have Graves disease and my fluctuating thyroid hormones do impact my general feelings and when high my pain levels.

Hello everyone! 😊
Many people with fibromyalgia notice that their pain and fatigue fluctuate, and research suggests that hormones like estrogen and cortisol may play a role. Changes in hormone levels, such as during the menstrual cycle, menopause, or periods of high stress, can sometimes make symptoms worse.
Have you noticed that your fibromyalgia symptoms worsen at certain times in your cycle or during hormonal changes?
Has your doctor ever discussed the link between hormones and fibromyalgia with you?
Have you tried any strategies, such as diet, supplements, or hormone treatments, to help balance your symptoms?
