Hi Lee,
I am a male. Before my heart attack, I became light headed, dizzy, and started sweating. That feeling is so clear. I felt like I was going to just pass out. Then the next thing comes clear to me is the chest pain, which was pretty darn intense.

Common symptoms (warning signs) of a pending heart attack are chest discomfort (tightness, pain, or a squeezing sensation); squeezing or aching sensation in your chest or arms that may spread to your neck, jaw or back; shortness of breath; cold sweat; etc. Additionally, women are more likely to have nontraditional symptoms of heart attack than men.
How about you? What is your sex and what symptoms did you experience prior to your heart attack?
