@Courtney_J I'm self-employed and work freelance online from home and since I've had it I've had a really hard time keeping up with my work. I kind of constantly feel stressed and anxious and then I have a hard time processing things and concentrating. It's really bad. The thing that saves me is that I create my own hours and already work from home, I don't know how people who work in public-facing jobs or who are just going in to work in general are handling it, because I'm struggling.

@EcZena I work in IT so I transitioned to WFH too since the start of everything. I guess one of the benefits of a desk job is that I get to stay still most of the day so my biggest symptom, breathing issues, isn't so much of a problem. If I had to be going up and down stairs at the office I don't think I'd make it. I've been feeling frustrated and down since I've had it because the symptoms just won't go away, but other than mood things and my breathing it hasn't really had an impact for me.
I'm sorry you're having a hard time. Hope you feel better soon!

Again I woke up this morning with my mask off my face. I didn't get the good sleep I need last night with no mask on so now I will pay for it by feeling like crap all day. I keep removing my mask in the middle of the night while I am sleeping and wake up with it off me. I don't know what to do. It's now been over 6 months since I began to use the C-Pap. I do feel more energized after having used it but how do I keep from removing it in the middle of the night? It's like I am fighting myself to keep it on.

There are so many masks to try for your CPAP machine. It took me 6 different types before I found my favorite.

Hello all,
How are you holding up?
Heart problems, joint pain, neurological "glitches", memory problems, recurrent fever... These are all symptoms listed by people with Long Covid (i.e. COVID-19 symptoms that last more than 20 days). Many patients are then unable to work. However, this condition is not yet recognised as an "illness".
And what about you? Have you been able to return to work? If so, how are you coping at work, is it difficult? If not, are you on sick leave? What are the current regulations for patients?
Feel free to share your experiences and thoughts in the comments below, your voice and experiences are important to us all!
Take care,
Courtney
