How do you cope with the day-to-day struggles of living with lupus?

How are you doing today?

Thank you for getting this discussion started. I think many living with chronic illnesses would say the same. Sometimes the unpredictability of the disease keeps you on your toes, but a bit too much... I will tag a few members who may be able to share their routines and how they keep their lives stable.

Do you find yourself successfully controlling your lupus? How have you learned to live with unpredictable flares? What have your incorporated into your daily habits that help with the symptoms?
