@[This content has been moderated by an administrator for violating Carenity’s Terms of Use.] Dealing with anemia can definitely be challenging, especially when it's linked to autoimmune conditions. Aside from the usual treatments like iron supplements and a balanced diet, it might be helpful to incorporate some lifestyle adjustments.

Actually the deficiency is easy to notice. We can exercise to improve blood circulation and use additional foods to support it. Eat regularly to ensure regular [This content has been moderated by an administrator for violating Carenity’s Terms of Use.] habits. Maintain good and do not do too much vigorous activities to balance well.

Apparently, I'm anemic! No big deal but it might explain why I've been feeling super low and tired lately plus the annoying ear ringing. Like lots of us ladies, I've dealt with iron issues in the past, so I rushed to do some research on it and surprise surprise, autoimmune diseases can cause it. 🙄 Anyone been through anemia and got tips to share? (aside from stuffing my face with meat, B12, and folic acid) Thanks!
