Yes! I Have the worst time in September. I live in the PNW and I struggle with the trees around me. I try to drink hot drinks in the morning like coffee or tea to warm up my lungs a bit.

Hi everyone,
How are you today?
Did you know that the month of September in the US sees an increase in hospital stays due to Asthma? This is because of the allergy + asthma combination. The prevalence of ragweed increases, there is an increased in tree mold due to fallen leaves on the ground, and kids go back to school increasing the risk of transmitting colds and flu.
