Hi. Wayy late answering, I have sleep apnea. I'm chronically exhausted!! Really, 2 exclamation marks. I also take nightly meds, but I have decided a CPAP is not the right fit. I use mouth appliance, 2 pieces, & often wear lower part. I feel tiny bit more rested than if I don't wear it. Just saw sleep doc yesterday, & he thinks I'm doing ok. Said I'm still really tired, but, at least, likely no heart attack will come about due to my greater oxygen saturation, compared to others in my position. And even when I see doc's, they claim my heart sounds good. A+. Am pushing 60, so no spring chicken reporting. Just day by day....... 1 day at a time. Thanks.

How are you today?
Sleep problems are all too common for those of us living with mental health issues. Stress, anxiety, and fatigue can make falling asleep difficult or lead to frequent nighttime awakenings. Poor sleep quality can then worsen symptoms, creating a frustrating cycle.
Do you have specific tips or routines to improve your sleep quality? Do you use aids like medication, herbal teas, relaxation techniques, or meditation apps? Have you adjusted your sleep environment (lighting, room temperature, bedding) to get better rest?
