Hello,
I've had Crohn's for over 32 years, yes, it would damper things if I was having a bad day and just not in the mood. But when it was a good day, it was a very good day . My problem now is I have a herniated stoma and a bag on my belly. I don't feel very attractive any more. I know I'm a bit old(er) now and realizing sexy isn't everything, but dang, still wouldn't mind some every now and then lol. But one plus of having the bag, I finally got the freedom from the fear of leaving the presence of a restroom! Yeah! But back on the topic, for a female, usually looking pretty in a nice fitting outfit, right pair of shoes, best dab of perfume and away we go. Now I'm wearing loose clothes to let things happen correctly or trying to hide it. Not to sexy! I'm hoping to catch someone's eye eventually by just being the happy go luck person that I usually am lol if not I have a club in my back seat lol.

Yes I have found that it is best to plan the sex, and to make sure that I have the time and am prepared for it, which takes some of the spontaneity out but it can still be just as enjoyable for both of us.

Yeah, it can for sure take some of the "fun" and spontaneity of things, but if you've found the right person they'll understand and it won't bother them. You can make up for it in other ways.
