I defintely think that weather can affect some people's mood. I have biploar and I get more depressed on rainy days and days were we get a lot of snow and I am stuck in the house. Unfortunately we can not have control over the weather. Any suggstions on what to do for SAD and weather mood chnages, I know there is light therapy.

Of course. When it rains I always feel sadder. When it's hot, you feel lethargic and tired. When the weather is cool, I love life more

Definitely! Whenever the weather is cloudy and/or gloomy, I tend to be in a bad mood. On the other hand, when it is sunny, I tend to feel better.

Absolutely, weather totally impacts how I feel. Gloomy days can really drag me down, but sunny weather instantly lifts my spirits. It's like my mood syncs up with the sky

Yes I believe the weather affects our moods. In the winter time I am so down and depressed and I don’t want to do anything. When the weather gets better my mood is better and I have a little more energy. Linda Guay

Of course, the weather affects the mood. When it rains, snows, or is cold, I often don't feel like doing anything. Sometimes only cannabis saves me. I even started growing it myself. [This content has been moderated by an administrator.]
I wish everyone a great mood, regardless of the weather!
