@klosslau cbs store or where medical marijuana is sold. In CA central coast there are a lot of those legal stores like Santa Cruz. There are a lot of products with canabbis as main ingredients in those stores such as cakes, oils, creams, rubbing lotion etc. I don’t know if you can get cbd online. Maybe.

I take fish oil but I’ve heard cbd oil works great. It’s not available as far as I know here yet. I’m in NY State ... they’re trying to pass recreational and medical cbd has only been approved a short time and I live far away from the dispensary. My neurologist said buy online but you don’t know what you’re getting so I’m reluctant to do that. I can’t imagine it’s the real deal online as it would be illegal I believe. Hopefully it won’t take long to become accessible to all. I’ve heard it works well.

We don't have it here either. I hope we do soon! My husband heard that in our area a lot of it is fake probably because it is not legalized yet. They are more afraid of people becoming addicts than they are helping them with their pain and this becomes a real problem for people like us. The rain is coming in right now and no matter what the statistics say I have more touble with my osteo when the weather changes. I wish I could find someone who would give me 2 Celebrex a day since that is still legal.

@AS1218 in a few more days I’ll go to the store and I’ll see and I’ll respond back to you. Meanwhile what really helped me with pain was an alkaline diet. Turmeric and ginger are good too.

I also got the Goodbye Lupus book which is basically an antinflammatory diet. I had the acid alkaline guide book, but I gave it to someone else. I consume a lot of greens and omega 3. Right now, I don’t have access to the oil neither the rub, but I already asked somebody who has them to send me a pic to send you such information. I hope this helps. Blessings!! Xoxo

@Marglen Why are you not currently using the rub or oil? Is it because your pain is less from the alkaline diet?
Do you attribute the pain free to alkaline diet the most?

Top chef
Hello Carenity members,
I have had numerous surgeries on my clavicle (in fact, I have the first ever done surgery on my clavicle and I am in some medical books - have basically very minimal of my original clavicle and ligaments in my arm) so I have discomfort every day in my AC and SC joint. I have experimented with numerous natural herbs and supplements, but what has become a staple for me is fish oil (~4,000 EPA and 1,500 DHA mg of fish oil) and tumeric (3 grams daily).
What supplements / herbs have any of you tried and found success with? Please list the name of the herb/supplement, dosage, and succes/non-success.
Thank you.
