Excessive coffee consumption can temporarily raise blood pressure due to caffeine's stimulating effects potentially worsening hypertension. caffeine may interact with blood pressure medication and cause dehydration. individuals with high blood pressure should moderate their coffee intake and consult health care providers for personalized advice. But recent study reveal that moderate amount of coffee (2 to 3 cup a day) help to reduced the blood pressure. To reduced the blood pressure following tips should be adopted.

Hi. I have high blood pressure but I love coffee. I always have! I wanted to ask if coffee affects your blood pressure levels negatively? Do you drink it? How to substitute?
