Going through cancer treatment by yourself alone

Hi My name is Marla I had breast Cancer 5 years ago and now it has returned.. I think in both breasts.. I will find out more when I have my Mammogram and ultra sound on December 1st.  I just met my new boyfriend about 2 months ago.. I was afraid to tell him but glad I did he is being very supportive.

Hi I have stage 4 colorectal cancer. The doctor said it was terminal and I have 2-5 years. My husband heard that and has told me he is at peace with it. I feel like sometimes he doesn’t want me to fight it. He said I was miserable much of the time and he hates seeing me suffer. However, I’m a faith-based person and I tried to tell him that I wanted to fight it as long as I could. However, he convinced me to do maintenance dosing of chemo since I was getting 3 different chemotherapy meds every other week. This is my first week of it and it made a huge difference in my side effects and allowed me to do more with my family. We adopted a 15 year old this year. So I need to be there for him as well.
