@AurelienT Thank you for your comment! That's a clever idea! I think it also helps to make them less "scary", which can really help put people more at east in the medical setting.

Hello all,
It's so nice to hear how you are all keeping busy! Today I've got a video that will get you out of your chair! Sometimes it's nice to change up how we stay active, so today let's try some cardio dance!

Let me know what you think of this workout, I may try it myself!
Take care,

This is a bit off topic but I feel this information could possibly help others with relief from servers pain. When I was diagnosed with Crohn's I jad the most terrible pain I have ever experienced in my life on a regular basis.I became addicted to the pain medication.Because of the abuse of medicine I spoke with several Casac counceler.I take Suboxone which both Myself and My CASAC Counselors feel was the safest option. The suboxone is amazing. You get the opiate Pain relief with out the "High".long story short Recently I was put on 20 Mgs of hydroxyzine for PTSD symptoms.i have had probably 10 or more bouts of terrible pain over the last 2 wks due to inflammation and scar tissue from 3 bowl resections.Hydroxizine relaxes Yiur baby and mind.I noticed the every occasion I had a flare from pain during this time when I took the hydroxyzine it was immediately relieved.Again it worked everytine I took it 10 or more time.Hopefully some of My Group members can try this method. In the 20 yrs ive dept with this disease the last couple months have been the best ive ever felt regarding pain.It has to be the hydroxyzine because ive been on the suboxone for 10 yrs and never got the relief I do now.It could also be a combination of both meds together but Id strongly recommend suboxone for chronic pain as in my opinion its effective and safest option if opiates are an issue for u.it is an opiate but it's also mixed with naloxone which blocks the receptors. That gives you the high.Im no Doctor but the two med work wonders for Me and hopefully can for u as well

Hello everyone,
I'm glad to hear that you are all doing well and I hope you had a long and restful weekend! Today I've got a little indoor project for some of our gardeners, or even those who have never gardened before!
How to: Grow an Avocado from a Seed (A Complete Step-by-Step Guide), Project Diaries
I've just tried this myself this weekend, hopefully I'll have some good results in a few weeks!
Take care,
Courtney

Hello, everyone,
How are you today?
During the lockdown, book stores and libraries are closed...and unless you have an e-reader (which offers countless possibilities for downloading), the best solution is still to read the books you already have at home!
This is a chance to rediscover books you haven't opened since school! Dickens, Hemmingway, Fitzgerald or Twain are just waiting for you! And if they have left you with bad memories, this is an excellent opportunity to give them a second chance. It's often when we read books without pressure or obligation, just for fun, that their beauty touches us.
Have you brought out any old classics lately? Or are you already a fan of classic novels?
What are your favorite readings? Do you have any reading recommendations?
Take care,
Courtney

Hello everyone,
During this Coronavirus pandemic, many of us have been advised to "social distance" ourselves, limiting contact with strangers, friends and even in some cases, family. No more trips to the movies, the mall, the gym, or any of those other things we love to do.
We may be "stuck" at home, but let's not let it get us down!
Here are a few little ideas to help you keep busy while social distancing at home!
Take advantage of this time to:
What will you be doing while staying at home? Do you have any tips or ideas for activities? Share you thoughts or ideas below!
Take care,
Courtney
