I've been trying to keep busy small projects around the house, craft projects ( arts and crafts, adult coloring). I've tried to create a new normal by getting up and out of bed and going on. I have limited trips to stores and social events. I stay in touch with family and friends by phone, text, messenger, and Facebook. I have phone call appointments with my local veterans' medical center. I watch my church's service on Live-Stream. I also have a support group for PTSD, Depression, and Alcoholism. I do go for walks with the dog.

I can't wait to get to the salon. Lol
It's been rough, I suffer with depression and anxiety. I've adjusted, only to have to adjust again when quarantine is lifted. I think about others, pray for others( I don't even know). Music is a great mood stabilizer. I hope all are doing well as can be. Take care.

I have been trying to do home projects that I have put off before, because of ________(not the right tools, not enough time, etc.) S0 now I have a new kitchen backslash, new quarter round molding (that my dog chewed), and new sewing projects completed. It has helped me to feel some sense of accomplishment. Just started watercolor painting with the help of U-Tube.

It takes all day for me to take care of myself, but I've been working in my garden some and things are looking real good so far. I too suffer from depression and anxiety and being alone and isolated doesn't help. I have Home Health care but they are only here for a few minutes a few times a week. I too am a knitter and need to get started back on some of my projects. God wants me here for a reason but when its time to go I will. Been doing a lot of cleaning and got some caulking for my kitchen tiles. I pray a lot

Hi! I have had three positive tests for covid-19. I know I got it from work, since I work in the health field. I have been out of work for two and a half weeks now. I am exercising daily, but my depression is really acting up right now. I am experiencing fatigue and now I am getting headaches at night. I have not been contacted by anyone in management from work, which shows me that I am replaceable to the company. This upsets me because when I do work, I am always willing to help out when they need me to. In fact, I put work before anything else in my life. If I am not sleeping, I am either watching tv, coloring, or exercising. I am having racing thoughts going on in my head. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello everyone,
During this Coronavirus pandemic, many of us have been advised to "social distance" ourselves, limiting contact with strangers, friends and even in some cases, family. No more trips to the movies, the mall, the gym, or any of those other things we love to do.
We may be "stuck" at home, but let's not let it get us down!
Here are a few little ideas to help you keep busy while social distancing at home!
Take advantage of this time to:
What will you be doing while staying at home? Do you have any tips or ideas for activities? Share you thoughts or ideas below!
Take care,
