I've invented a product that targets restful sleep. The stress and isolation of the Pandemic spurred invention. After a trip to Europe - I found relief. I was amazed at how restful sleep is amid wild animals, sandstorms and sudden torrential rains. I learned how to make a herbal non-addictive herbal remedy. Its been restorative and peacful ever since!

I am in pain today but am trying not to dwell on it. I have cancer liquid going down into my lungs and I need to get that drained every so often. It makes me anxious when I know that time is coming as the first time it happened I did not know why I could not breath. That was very hard for me and freighting as well. At least the doctors in the ER knew what to do. There is a name for it, but I can't think of it right now and since then I am always on the lookout for the symptoms. Does this affect anyone else and what do you do when it happens? Any suggestions would be great. I am sure my smoking does not help so I am vowing to go back on the patch when they get here from the VA. Thanks so much for any info.

It’s Monday. Guess I’ll go workout in a few. Holidays got me lazy but I did lose 3 lbs. Been up since 5. Retired but yet have to take 3 kids to school for 0650.

Have so much to be thankful for......but the covid thing puts a damper on everything. Plus with Thanksgiving and now Christmas coming up, I've really blown it as far as my eating habits are concerned. The Dr. wants my A1C in the 5.5 to 6.0 range. At 7.2 I've got a ways to go. I just can't quit thinking about pumpkin pie with whipped cream though!

@Courtney_J .
I was recently sick with the Rhinovirus. I am vaccinated and Covid was not detected as of 2 weeks ago. I went for my Infusion of Ocrevus this past Monday. Now here is where the trouble has started. Since my infusion I have been running a fever that has hit 102.9. Now what I think has happened is the infusion compromised my immune system and brought the Rhinovirus back with a vengeance. All I can do now is try to ride it through
