The pandemic has been surreal. It has been an illness affecting thousands of people. It has affected everyone's life in some way.It has made me stronger mentally because it is making me realize that I'm still alive with having hydrocephalus.I am humbled from being so consumed with my issues.

@Courtney_J Hello, I have not been online for awhile due to my move from Stafford, Va to Granbury Tx, but I don't regret the move, I am now living on a ski lake and my wife and I have a kayak, paddle board and will buy a boat sometime in the future. As for the Corona Virus, I have a few thoughts. Yes we are definitely heading into a second wave and we predicted this months ago. My daughter works in the medical field in Kansas and her complaint as well as mine is that it is difficult to separate the wheat from the chaff. For example, I suffer from allergies specially cedar and Texas has a multitude of cedar. Now I have to make sure I use my allergy medicine or whenever I go to a store I have to make sure people know I have the sniffles due to allergies. A lot of people go through the same experience. Last comment, my wife and I were going to Kansas City this Thanksgiving since many of our sons and daughters live in that vicinity. Now not sure it will be safe enough to make the move.

It was a period of adjustment for me getting used to working at home. The biggest impact COVID has had on me though is just the inability to make a trip to Pakistan to see my husband... But if all goes well maybe he will be here with me after the first of the year.

I have been staying busy as I can be around the house and going for walks around the house. Also, spending time with the family pets. Covid-19 has put a damper on both work and my "normal" life. If I don't keep covid-19 on my mind, I have more time to do what needs to be done and less stressed out.

Today we got to spend time with our 2 week old grandson, it was the best!! On Wednesday I'm having an EGD and a colonoscopy due to unexplained low hematocrit. I'm a bit worried and not looking forward to the prep.

Not so well....I try to stay busy but to no avail.no matter how busy I stay it always seems to creep into my head.the truth that my life is falling apart. My marriage is falling apart. Everything I touch turns to shit. No matter how hard I try to be the good guy I still pull knives out of my back every day. I am not trying to have a pity party for me it’s the truth. I just don’t know what to do anymore. And at this point I really don’t think it’s me that the problem lies with. Don’t get me wrong I truly believe my wife still loves me but not the way she did and she married me my sex life nonexistent. All I am anymore is a roommate that breaks my heart because I love her with all my heart.
