@Tarainonecarr my mother in law died from glioblastoma back in 2019. Have you look into Essiac tea. Have found it is helping me with depression, energy loss, sleep problems and even hormones. Go to genuineessiac.com. There are all kinds of stories with people drinking this tea and it has helped them with their cancers. Doesnt hurt to try.

I’m Carmen and just turned 80. I have survived breast cancer twice and a year ago I was diagnosed with pancreatic stage 2B. Whipple surgery was in May. Surgery was extremely painful for me and chemo caused severe loss of energy and lack of appetite so it was stopped. It’s about 3 months now that my energy and appetite have returned.

@Miasmom5 I am so sorry to read about your cancer. How are you doing with it? I’ve never heard of this type of cancer, so I don’t know what the treatments are. Will you have surgery and chemo or radiation, what are the side effects of this type of cancer?

@dreambeliever31 he was too young to go and it seems that he didn’t have a lot of time between his diagnosis and when he died. Did he have any symptoms? Do you have children? I’m sorry for your loss and the grief.

@Qtoldie the symptoms for this cancer came on suddenly which means it was already stage 4 before he was diagnosed. He was bloated constipated. What we thought was bloat and gas was actually fluid build up in his abdomen. We have 2 grown kids that live at home and are taking care of me until i can find a job. My husband was my income because with both decided that i should stay home to take care of the kids. My youngest has some issues with getting left and right confused so she doesnt have her drivers license so i take her to and from work. That is why i dont work. On a happier note some may think it is quick but i have found someone else to love me for me. My husband made me make a promise before he would tell me whT i was to promise. I promised him that i would not stay home and get depressed. That i would move on quickly. At first i hesitated worried what other people would think and then i just decided i didnt care what they thought. I am only 48 i deserve to be happy. My kids are happy for me. I explained that this new guy is not their father and never will be. Nobody can replace Chris. The new guy is okay with that and has no problem helping me through my grieving. He is okay with taking the relationship slow. We are however moving together. I have a house and he was in the process of moving to Texas from New York state. Is accommodation fell through so i offered for him to stay with us. Stipulation is he has to help out with paying rent. He is okay with that.

I’m 80 years old and last May 2023 I had Whipple surgery, followed by chemo. I’m blessed to have a primary care doctor that did not give up until the right doctor found my pancreatic cancer. I had numerous test, including a colonoscopy, but no one was able to give me the proper diagnosis. My symptoms were strange because my bowel movements came without warning and they were always a soft, yellow copper colored and smelled like a dead skunk. At first, I thought it was something I was eating or drinking, but that didn’t make sense because I wasn’t doing anything different. Then I got severe itching from head to toe and it was so bad that my scratching would leave Long bloody scratches. After months of numerous tests and specialists, the right gastroenterologist came along and found that my bile ducts were not working properly so he did a treatment where he put stents in my bile ducts and that is when he found the pancreatic cancer. After that, my life changed completely. For me, the Whipple surgery was extremely painful for a few days after and the chemo kicked my butt so they stopped giving it to me after a few treatments. I lost total body energy and all my appetite, so I stayed in bed Because I didn’t have the energy to get out and do anything and I couldn’t eat anything except protein, drinks, smoothies, and shakes. I lost about 60 pounds and my lowest weight was 99 pounds, so I knew I was in trouble. My prayer to the Lord was to take me or heal me. So one day I woke up, feeling hungry and found that I could have toast with butter and jam and enjoyed a cuppa coffee for the first time in months. Then I felt stronger and was able to get out of bed And walk very few steps to either my bathroom or my living room and every day after that I got stronger and ate good meals. This has been going on for almost 4 months, so I have an appointment with my oncologist soon to discuss removing my chemo port. At my age, I will not have any more surgery or treatments if my cancer returns. I plan to enjoy the quality of my life Until I find that it’s time for hospice to come into my life. And I am so grateful that I am able to enjoy my life right now and hope this last for a while.

I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer a couple of years ago. It was a tough journey with chemo and surgery, but I'm currently in remission and doing my best to stay positive. The diagnosis came after persistent bloating and abdominal pain led me to get checked out.

I've had been having pancreatitis off and on for over 10 years, my pain kept getting worse and it was hard to eat anything without getting sick. Fast forward to July of 2023, my Dr sent me for a MRI to see if there was anything they could see causing it and found a 4cm tumor in the tail of the pancreas. September a biopsy was done and it was indeed pancreatic cancer but a rare form called Neuroendocrine Pancreatic Cancer. Had surgery in October to remove the tail of the pancreas, spleen and about 30 lymph nodes. Afterwards a petscan was performed and there were remaining cancer cells that is untreatable and also had spread to the liver. So now I'm learning to live with my pain and not able to work. I wake up every morning and I'm sick, sometimes it goes away but 90% of the time it lingers all day. I'm also a type 2 diabetic since part of the pancreas is gone. It's definitely been a struggle to know the cancer that is left is untreatable. So while dad has been in and out of the hospital the last few weeks one of his traveling nurses was telling me about fenbendazole and how a friend of hers starting taking it and was originally diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer and was given 6 months to live. Did 1 cc per 100 pounds a day of the fenbendazole and has been taking it for over 2 years now. The cancer has not grown and it hasn't disappeared but he has made it 2 years past his 6 months diagnosed death date! And just in case you all don't know what fenbendazole is, it's a dog wormer. No prescription needed I bought mine at our local feed mill. What's the worst that could happen? I won't have worms (lol) and I might live a little longer! My dad died last week before he could try it for his lung cancer but he was also willing to take a chance on it as well.

I was diagnosed with stage 3 endometrial cancer and stage 1 Cll in July 2020. I had a total hysterectomy and 6 cycles of chemotherapy. Do I was in remission for three years . In October of 2023 I had a recurrence of endometrial cancer stage 1and had to do 25 radiation treatments external and 4 internal radiation treatments after the tumor was removed.
As of right now I am in remission again but now my Cll is trying to act up.
