I do not have cancer but my husband was recently diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma. We do not know what stage it is but my husband believes God can take care of everything. We have not gotten an oncologist yet. He ended up in the emergency room with severe bloating to have a CT scan and had fluid in his abdomen. Was transferred to a hospital in San Antonio where he stayed over a week to have the fluid drained and MRI done. We found out last Friday that he had a mass on his liver. Due to diabetes, it led to the liver having cirrhosis which is not always caused by drinking. This led to the liver cancer. We are taking it one day at a time. Prayers mean everything.

@Sstephens o am definitely willing to try it. I think it is funny when all reports show that it is not fda approved. Of course they don't approve it. They aren't making money off of it.

@dreambeliever31 I'm willing to try anything to make me better but a lot of home remedies are not FDA approved either so....... Herbal teas aren't either......

My boyfriend has large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the colon removed January 2023. It has metastasized to the liver. He has been getting treatment at Seattle Integrative Cancer center in Renton Washington since July. He is responding to the treatments well but the side effects are brutal. I didn't realize that we would have to be our own advocate. We are on an amazing journey but only because we constantly search for information and take it to our team. If you have any experience with this type of cancer we would love to hear from you. God bless you all 🙏

Hello everyone! Hope everyone doing well!! I have stage 4 colon cancer and stage 2 liver cancer! I don’t know what I’m supposed to say so I’m just saying it! I have been having problems going to the bathroom to do #2 for close to a year so I realized that something was wrong when I was getting sick (throwing up) and then all of a sudden it was all poop then I went to the er and they told me I had colon cancer and had to have emergency surgery!! Well I had to have a colostomybag and that my friends forever changed me! I have been going thru chemo and I tried to work but I only made it til the end of October! Now I’m on short term disability! I stay tired and drained I want to sleep or lay around! My bones hurt me all the time!! I stay sick also!! The chemo seems to be doing what it’s supposed to so that’s a good thing!! I just want to meet people who are going through this like me! All I hear is how people are dying from this disease, I don’t know a single person who has beat cancer! I’ve been so depressed over this sometimes I just want to give up but…I get up and keep going!! I just needed to get it out there! You all keep fighting!!!
Your friend,
Theresa

Hello everyone,
I hope you're doing well.
This group contains many different types of cancer. Though you may have different forms of cancer, I think there is somewhat of a shared experience across cancer types in this forum.
Let's hear about you and your story! What kind of cancer do or did you have? How were you diagnosed? How are you doing now?
Feel free to share you story, your experiences, your advice, and support here!
