@rabbit1947 I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling with infection. When I get that type of infection, I sit in warm and salty water to reduce pain. Doctors there, never give me the right antibiotic. I always have to ask my mom who is a doctor what antibiotics should I take.
I am glad your surgery went well!!
Take care xoxo. I’ll be sending you healing thoughts.

@rabbit1947 Wow! I am so sorry to hear of your infection after surgery. I hope you are recovering well and I am glad to hear the surgery was a success!
What surgery did you have done? Do you know what led to it? Hoping for a speedy recovery for you!

@jasmine1092 I have had a similar problem and I worked to try to improve my ability to fall asleep and stay asleep so that I will not suffer from as much fatigue. What I have found helpful is ensuring that I do not take excess naps during the day - I try to take none, but sometimes, depending on the day and my feeling, that is not possible. I also have been listening to meditation sounds to help me fall to sleep... in this the reader helps you focus on your breathing and release all the stress and pains from your mind. This tends to help me fall asleep quicker than I used to be able to.
Another thing that has helped is putting my on a regimen... I have been going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time (or at least setting my alarm to wake up, even if I remain in bed for a little more longer). Being on a schedule helps my body accustom itself and know when is bed time to fall asleep quickly.
I hope some of these tips helps you.

Just an update; I found that cutting out dairy and sugar has helped as they are supposed to be inflammatory foods. I have gone on the keto diet and saw some results. espom salt baths 3 times a week help too.

Common lupus symptoms include headaches, fatigue, swollen joints, and fever. However, lupus symptoms can come in a wide variety and vary from person to person.
As the symptoms can vary from person to person, so can the prescribed medicines and alternative forms of treatments and medicines individuals use to mitigate the symptoms.
Please share the symptoms you experience and the methods you use to mitigate them
Also, feel free to comment and ask questions to others!
