@hubby44 Hi I am sorry I am just seeing your message. I hope your husband has been able to control his blood pressure. I am not sure how a stroke affects BP, but lifestyle changes made the most drastic long-term impacts in my life. However, without understanding how a stroke affects everything, it is difficult for me to give advice. I wish I had more to offer.

Hey everyone,
as some of you know my husband had a stroke and while he did make a pretty good recovery, his blood pressue still is higher than normal. He does take medication and does minimal physical activity like walking and helping around the house.
I am just looking for some general advice from anyone who also deals with high blood pressure and if you had any advice perhaps I do not know.
Thank you all.
