Diabetic neuropathy is what I have. Sometimes feels like hot needles and bee stings that are worse when glucose is high.

@Deby13 and @AngieB where are your tingling sensations at? Do you get them in your feet and ankles?
I need to determine whether or not it is related to my BG level because I feel like I get them always.

I have been lately experiencing in my feet / ankles a shooting and like ant crawling sensation. I then feel the need to itch it, but it still persists.
It is very annoying and frustrating because the sensations can be intense and almost debilitating because it takes your mind away from everything and to focus on it.
Has anyone experienced this?
