Yes, check any frozen meals including pizza, pastas and meats. They may contain many kinds of fats, high sodium levels, and sugar. These kinds of foods will raise you blood sugar levels high and can increase your A1C level.

Sunday I ate a salmon pizza from a local supermarket, result: Hyperglycemia at 1.85 from 2pm to 8pm!!!
Later I read on the internet that it's a well known thing: excess fats slow down the digestion of carbohydrates (also in excess) and the postprandial peak lasts much longer...
Frozen supermarket pizzas have joined the list of banned foods... Has anyone suffered from the same effect? Any other foods that have done this to your blood sugar level?
