@jedi1234 I'm not sure any "natural cures" exists my dear. You can possibly reverse PREDIABETES with a good diet, exercise and general "good behavior" towards your body. I believe some people can put their diabetes into remission by eating better and losing a significant amount weight, but not everyone can do it and it's not guaranteed that it won't come back. There's no magic pill that can take it all away. You just have to accept it and do your best to take care of it and yourself.
