I've had type 2 diabetes for two years now, and of course I'm on Metformin. I've been taking three tablets a day, morning, noon and evening, so I've got high blood pressure, high cholesterol and, last but not least, a thyroid problem. I'm very careful about what I eat, but it doesn't help, and I go for walks. I feel a bit discouraged, but I'd like to know if anyone else is in the same situation. What can I do? Thank you
