University of Rochester Diabetic Survey

Hi everyone,

My name is Nan Xie and I'm a junior at the University of Rochester studying marketing. My marketing team is currently helping out a small business in downtown Rochester with a primary focus on studying the nutritional health of patients with diabetes.
