Can lupus cause hair loss? How to cope?

I KNOW MORE THAN THE AVERAGE PERSON ABOUT HAIR. FIRST, DILUTE YOUR SHAMPOO. (2oz of shampoo to 14 oz or more of Hot Water) THAT SHOULD BE HELPFUL BECAUSE ALL SHAMPOO IS A DETERGENT!! PLEASE CONSIDER THE PURCHASE OF REDKEN, MATRIX SHAMPOO. ASK YOU HAIRDRESSER WHERE YOU CAN PURCHASE IT. THAT IS THE BEGINNING. I AM ALSO LOSING MY HAIR BUT, IF YOU ARE LOSING TOO MUCH USE NIOXIN SHAMPOO FOR THINNING HAIR.
