I go to an art class 3 times a week before covid. It's for people with physical and mental issues. To go back those that get the vaccine have to have it to return. All the people in that group they have to have the vaccine unless there is an underlying problem and can't get the vaccine. The people in my group are my family and I definitely want to go back. It helps me get through those days having great fun. For me I'm not worried about side affects because there is so many things in this world now that can affect me. I just don't worry about the future. I stay inn today. This is for me though. Stick to your beliefs everyone. Have a great day!! Thanks for being in this group. I love the feedback.

@MyMS55 I totally agree. Grocery shopping, at the office, library, etc., I'll be keeping my mask on. You can't know who has and hasn't had the vaccine and I think even at this point they're not entirely sure that we can't still spread it if we've been vaccinated. I'd rather be safe than sorry.
Take care!

First of all I respect everyones decision whether or not to get the shot, but please wear a mask, We must respect each other, I live in NYC where bodies were put into truck trailor at elmhurst hospital, I lost 8 friends in one day, and 3 family members in 2 months, never got to say goodbye. I never wanted to take the shot because i felt like a guinea pig. My family begged me, my friend begged me and all because of my underlying conditions such as open heart surgery, pnmonia 7 times this year, lupus and others, So i took the shot. What really bothers me is that they are offering those who have not taken the shot 100.00 to 700.00 to do it. Meanwhile i pass by so many homeless people more and more each day, even viet nam vets, It breaks my heart, i try to feed all that I can, this gov has the money! nobody should be homeless and they are offering money to take the shot?

First of all let me say. I’m so very sorry for your friends and family. That’s awful. And as for the vets your so right. No one should be homeless. Especially them.
Now on to Covid. Yes I agree please wear your masks. Just respect for the other person. Now I didn’t take the shot. And wed aug 18 I tested positive for covid so did my 15 year old daughter.. she doing good and pretty much has CV the whole time. Me not so good. I have a bad pancreas and diabetes. Yesterday I went to hospital and they gave me some antibiotics by IV infusion. I feel some better. But I’m still not out of the woods. I pray tomorrow is a much better day for us both.
y’all just stay safe and God Bless

I'm so tired of feeling this way, literally everyday 24/7 I'm always feeling like I'm worthless and don't belong anywhere. No one really understands why I'm like this or even tries to comprehend even the beginning of my story. My life has always been hard and never easy. It's affecting my relationships, friendships, family, life in general. But yet as hard as I try to push through it before to long I'm here crying or just staring at a blank space. I'm just done

I only wear a mask when visiting a doctor or when I'm with someone who has been told they have Covid. My daughter was hospitalized for 8 weeks with the Delta varient, then my son, his wife and their foster baby all came down with Covid in August. My daughter in law was hospitalized, my son was home trying to care for himself and baby. I am fully vaccinated, my son was exhausted and very weak. So I masked up, used lots of hand washing and disinfectant throughout the house and cared for the foster baby and my son until his wife was released from hospital. I have been Covid free all these weeks later. Was I concerned I may get Covid, yes. But my son desperately needed rest and help. He hadn't eaten for two days when I showed up. When I left there the house was disinfected, clean and my son had soup to eat, fresh milk and baby was even feeling better. I was exhausted, but it was worth it. I kept taking my supplements and elderberry as I have since March of 2020. My daughter in law is a nurse. They are all fully recovered and I am doing well. I will continue to have my groceries delivered as I have since March of 2020, but I will take care of myself and those I love even if it costs me my own health. I am responsible for me. I don't rely on others masking up. I take care of me and mine.

Good morning. I'd like to further explain I have had my vaccine, J & J. And a question came up, do I know anyone who has had long term covid. Yes, my coworker. Last report, still in hospital. I mask at work, other public venues, but not here inside my personal apt.

Omg I'm such an emotional wreck I can't stand it. Like 15 years of being mentally abused my this person and it wasn't enough for them no they had to go further than that and what even worse is my own biological sister was in on it. In falling apart rn and they hit the spot that hurts the most.
