It's tough indeed. Sometimes I have days where I do nothing but sleep. Just lay in bed not wanting to get up or do anything at all. My worse days I too just want it all to end and try my luck in the next life if reincarnation is a thing.
This site helps a bit. Has some pretty good advice and a place to voice our thoughts and struggles. Everyone is welcome to hit me up if they just want to talk. Loneliness is a pain and doubly worse for those of us with depression. Sometimes we just need a sympathetic ear or set of eyes as it were.

Find a purpose. One of the key things that helps me with depression (and most of the time it works) is finding something to do ... Helping others can make you feel good. Volunteer somewhere. Find a hobby where you can find people with similar interests. Sometimes I have to force myself to do things I normally like doing (as well as those things I don't like doing) but it keeps me going... Being around people (the right kind of people) helps a lot.

That's good. It's just a losing battle with me . I have a lot to do. Just can't get myself to do it sometimes.

@Chevelle That's why you should "force" yourself to do it. I don't know how to better explain it. I have to do it myself sometimes. Otherwise I would stay home and lose my job.

@Chevelle You could try volunteering. Find something that you love to do and maybe it can lift your spirits up

I can totally relate @Chevelle. Thought that way for a long time, it is what it is. Found a reason to try again recently so I'm on my last ditch effort you could say. Hope you find your own reason to try again. You and everyone here are worth the effort, just gotta find that spark to get us going in my opinion.

Yes, I now saw your problem, but unfortunately I could not see any more or less suitable solution for your situation. Apparently, you are starting to have a deep depression, and one of the best ways to get out of this state is considered to be high-quality cannabis from a dispensary.
