I know that it won't be easy but i think the best thing to do is wait for your appointment on the 30th to find out for sure. You don't want to unnecessarily worry. Also, if you have access to it, speak with a therapist to help you through this waiting time. Even if it is just a once or twice session to go over grounding techniques. I hope that it isn't a diabetes diagnosis but either way, this is a good place to find support. Best wishes

hi! So I’m a 23 year old over weight female and I’m concerned I might have diabetes. I don’t know whether it’s type 1 or 2 but all I know it every 4 hours or less I start feeling weird and like I could pass out and have awful anxiety. I eat but barely because I’m terrified that I’m going to bottom out. I have a doctors appointment on the 30th of August but I don’t have any peace of mind until then. I also have terrible anxiety and have panic attacks daily. I don’t have any of the symptoms such as increased thirst/hunger/urination. Or fatigue or headaches. I do get shaky and weak knees but that could also be me getting used to my Zoloft. But like I said every 4 hours I start freaking out. Could it all be in my head or does it sound like it could be diabetes?
