I have been on covid leave from my job at Walmart we are unable too work two weeks if we have symptoms. I have had a lot of isolution my AIC is 8.5 my magnesium and potassium are low also. I suffer from PTSD and all this is making it hard for me too think clearly. But I am making decisions slowly and trying too slow down my thinking. Feeling a lot of isolation but I know I need too just be patient and stand strong. Even though its seems unreachable. Joining this forum tonight has made so happy and gives me strength too pass thru this time thank you all so much!!

Hello,
I do hope this message finds you in great spirits and it is a pleasure to find Carenity. As a recent graduate with my bachelors in Social Work. It is of my concern to share the experiences I have had regarding telehealth. First and foremost, I do not have a device in which connects to all services, nor does it have reliable performance and I cannot afford a new one right now. I am a 50-year-Old woman, home a week after her 50th birthday in June, learned that I have severe osteoarthritis in both hands and both feet, as well as rheumatoid arthritis which would has not been treated for six years. I was given a wrong diagnosis at the same place in which I return six years later. My pain is through the roof after The stress which arose in my life due to discrimination via my education and the telehealth world.
In July, my telehealth pain management doctor discharged me due to a device in which was not able to connect. Previous appointments have proven the troubles with this particular phone and the services. Nonetheless, after being at this pain specialist environment for seven years, and having a new doctor for the past year and a half, I have found extreme cases of negligence in my conditions. Removal of pain medicines, and discharge without pain medicines or follow ups have increasingly Affected my pain. I went to months without medication and did not have any withdrawals, because I am not addicted. I have all substance-abuse classes and a recovered alcoholic and member of AA for seven years. If your body needs the medication, you will not get addicted. This is what I was taught at the very beginning of my first substance-abuse class and what I found to be true considering the fact that I was abruptly cut off of my medication. At that time my primary would not even treat my pain, though he did write me referrals to new pain management doctors. I interviewed both of those doctors and was not happy with their ethics or morals displayed Is neither were concerned about the whole of my care and well-being.
Most disdisrupting was the answers I was given from the pain management Doctor Who discharged me, after asking her to please give me any of my diagnosis during the questioning phone call in which she encouraged me to reach out. This particular pain management doctor, Who has refused to treat my pain accordingly, could not tell me one of my diagnosis. I am disabled 100% because of my feet. I have short Coach Ryan, collapsed arch is, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, contained cirrhosis, neuropathy, bulging disc’s in my neck and my lower back, with a pinched nerve excreting from the neck, torn rotator cup, torn shoulder, and more.
It is of interest to me to see if others have experienced such treatments via Telehealth, I want to advocate for us. I am in chronic pain and sick of it. This is not how my life was prior to the flareups from the stressors of society, people in whom I am supposed to trust. I also find, that dealing with these legally have been an issue. I have called multiple agencies in the government and have found that no one wants to do their job. It is apparent to me responsibilities onto another agency is recommended. This extent is all the way to Washington DC and the justice department, who informed me on a recorded video that they cannot protect me.
It would be a great help to hear any opinions regarding the situations and how we can move forward without discrimination, condemnation, And lack of pain treatments.
After surviving a comma of 12 days with a 10% chance of living in 2013. Post recovery, in 2014, I began what would be six years Education. My education gave me the abilities to utilize my skills in society and altering injustices in this world. It is in platforms such as Carenity, Where are voices will be heard and developments of change will be implemented through the concerns of society addressed here.
Any suggestions of ; Combating the injustices & dealing with pain (without having the appropriate care), Are welcomed. Thank you for your time, and make today as great as possible.

@Lawson19891971 i am the opposite...i have to work, but i am having difficulty adjusting to pressures of sales goals. - im in insurance- my complaints are with the greed of corp America. I am trying to hold on but im starting to become anxious. I do not want to react before thinking of the big picture. Ok...enough of my venting . i only wanted to suggest life is sucky sometimes. I have faith it will get easier or at least better. Wish you sobriety and cheer.

We lived in an apartment building for 10 years and each year it got worse. It was for over 65 but it turned into section 8. Well any way every morning I started waking up with a headache and my stomach hurt. My wife's legs would be red and hurt. I was always depressed and wanted to kill myself. I asked the Dr if it could be the building because when we went out we felt fine. He advised us to get out of there as soon as possible. We did move a b d everything cleared up and even the car quit throwing up.

It has been a rough time since the pandemic started. My work has been closed and I'm home all day by myself in my own thoughts. It's been tough staying positive.I can't wait until this is over to get back to work.I try to keep busy but I've gotten most of the stuff done at home that I couldn't get done before.Well thank you for letting me get that out.
