Thanks everybody for having replied to my message. I've got issues with English 'cause I am Italian. I also have a beautiful baby, so I have little time to follow the discussion. I must say that I have improved a lot since my first message, now I have a lovely husband, an old mum, my baby and 3 faithful friends, but now I suffer from panic attacks. But I go on. Nothing can stop me. Obviously when I'm up I do very well. Better than the other people. But sometimes I feel a lot of fear. It's a horrible feeling. Do you guys have panic attacks? Let me know. I have a lot of trouble with PTSD and panic attacks. Along with bi polar and social anxiety...so my moods and issues are all over the place. And yes it's hard but it's something we learn to live with. I take several meds and do therapy..I've had EMDR. It worked for about 10 years but now have issues again. I'll pray for your panic attacks. God bless

Hi I'm new to this group. I am so glad to have others who understands what I am going through. I have a lot of people in my life but I still feel the emptiness of being alone. When I talk to my friends and family and tell them my situation they tell me to get over it. I cry every day due to fact that I am so lonely. At midnight my mania kicks in and I am very active. I don't get much sleep. I'm afraid to go to sleep because of my dreams. i love my dreams because when i have one all my needs are met. I feel so safe and feel a lot of love. Then I wake up and the lonely feeling hits me like a rock. I am not sure if this where I should put this. I need some words of encouragement

@Classycathy Absolutely! Try the cannabis pens. The come in Sativa (energetic high), Indica (a mellow and relaxing high) or blends. You can read on the box to see what the strain type is so you don’t grab the wrong one. I use Indica during my manic episodes. While it doesn’t completely rid me of the mania, but it definitely helps and gives me some relief. I believe you can buy them online. Our friends usually have them on hand so we get ours that way. Good luck!🍀
