Hi guys,
I feel so lonely too today because my mum is old, as I said before, and my husband has health issues too. I have a baby to grow, and I'm alone.
But today I want to be a new person. I want to be greater than what's happening to me. I want to be positive.

I feel looniness a lot I do shelter myself a lot. Many times or should I say most times I get real high and excited being around people. Maybe trying too get acceptances?? But then I have a hard time coming down.

I have more of an empty feeling, like hollow. Like I've lost the ability to get excited about things. When my mind races, I feel like I'm just trapped in my brain.
One thing that helps me is cleaning. Getting really involved in cleaning and organizing my house.. But yeah loneliness usually coincides with depressive episodes so there's no energy to do anything.

I feel the exact same way. I'm in my head all the time. I haven't found anything to turn those negatives around. One of my family members just past away and my dad had bone cancer. I feel very alone. I also feel so helpless because I can't be with my family. All I do now is cry. I want a hug so bad and we can't do that now. I live alone and I really get depressed when I don't hand any normalcy in my life.

@Peanutbutter Hello, I am Bipolar one with panic attack and PTSD as well as chronic depression and I too have been fighting depression for many months now, plus my mother passed away January first, I am thankful that I spoke to her that morning and was able to tell her I loved her, she was 83, and she was ready to be with the Lord, however I still wasn't ready to lose her, we talked every day over the phone. We always checked on each other, I don't have anyone who truly cares enough to just call me and see if I'm alright. I do have a furbaby, she's a blue healer mix and she helps me not feel totally alone, but I am so tired of being " alone", single, I pray for a loving companion, a boyfriend to share everyday life with, life is just really hard sometimes, I have to hold on to hope. You are not alone in your loneliness, I'm new to this, but I will pray for all of us living with mental illness, I do have faith that things will at some point get better. Sincerely, Karen

I have bipolar and I get lonely a lot. I’ve been depressed for some months now, it makes it hard for me to talk to people, I get really bad social anxiety. I’m almost 40 and have never been married. That makes me sad and feel like I’ll always be alone.

@Classycathy Absolutely! Try the cannabis pens. The come in Sativa (energetic high), Indica (a mellow and relaxing high) or blends. You can read on the box to see what the strain type is so you don’t grab the wrong one. I use Indica during my manic episodes. While it doesn’t completely rid me of the mania, but it definitely helps and gives me some relief. I believe you can buy them online. Our friends usually have them on hand so we get ours that way. Good luck!🍀

Hi friends from a country far away I would like to ask people who suffer from bipolar disorder how they succeed in bearing loneliness, that, unfortunately, is a characteristic of our disease. Thank you
