@DebRog56 this is controlling. My x of 7 years did this an used my bipolar to support his reasoning. It got to where I never went anywhere other than work and school and even then he would do it. Please don’t let you mental health suffer!

Feeling a little more upbeat. Trying to stay on medication especially Lithium so my levels stay regular and with in limits. One stressor taken care of, another has came about. Going to try and take one day at a time and not over think, Pray daily .
I'm happy someone found my post helpful. Today has been a tolerable day. Have a mind full of anxiety. Trying to make the right decisions about many things. Scared of doing the wrong thing. My mind is running rampanted. Wish it would slow down. Writing these discussions helps. I'm wishing day was over so maybe I can sleep with night meds. Hands are so shaking, I hate it. My check ✔in maintaining and lonely. Always by myself. With exception of God. Know he is here but Wish I could feel him reach out and hug me!

Constant mood swings. Not able to be on a mood stabilizer because they found I had a heart attack. Recently diagnosed bpd which really surprised me but makes sense. Plus my daughter did a intentional overdose and has to be watched at all times. Feel alone. Doing this mostly by myself. Add not sleeping too.

@Thouston they can't until I have my stress test again. I had it but the treadmill broke so its hurry up and wait another month. This is my daughter's 2nd attempt both times happened at her father's. She has been with me since the last time but is returning to her dad's tonight. Very worried She is on lexipro, buspurone and they finally added ability after I told them my diagnoses
I'm at the highest dose of venlafaxine, gabapentin but they did raise me on trazadone to help me sleep but just researched that it's not a good med for bipolar . My moods are everywhere. Being bpd I've also burnt so many bridges. Thank you for listening.

This is the first time I have done check ✔in this week. Things have been overwhelming and my stress level very high. Cannot stop talking some to people but mainly to myself. I feel like my head is so full of thoughts and keep thinking I can get rid of it by talking but it just fills right back up. Seen new therapist this week it went okay but was told they fired my psychiatrist. I see a new one around the 21st. I hate the fact of this because when I have dealt with the same thing before the first thing they want to do is med change. I am not going to be able to handle a med change I just went through all that took weeks to get readjusted. I was so sick I had about decided to check myself in and my Doctor called and got me on something that was fast acting. Thank you God! But I hope everyone is doing well 💗 and some things are getting better 💕 I appreciate that you guys take time out and listen to me. I hope to be here for others. Remember you are not alone!

@Classycathy Absolutely! Try the cannabis pens. The come in Sativa (energetic high), Indica (a mellow and relaxing high) or blends. You can read on the box to see what the strain type is so you don’t grab the wrong one. I use Indica during my manic episodes. While it doesn’t completely rid me of the mania, but it definitely helps and gives me some relief. I believe you can buy them online. Our friends usually have them on hand so we get ours that way. Good luck!🍀

This really helps reading all the discussions. It's a daily reminder I'm not the only one hurting and dealing with this condition. Wish ther were more posts to talk on.
