Bipolar check ✔ in. Still really tired not sleeping well, wake up every hour with things on my mind and I have extreme body aches because I am unable to just relax. The lack of sleep and anxiety is wearing me out. Been crying but making sure it's not in front of anyone! I know I can reach out to you guys and not be judged. I am glad I am not alone! This site is a very helpful way to cope. But still wish someone could just hug me and assure me that it's going to be OK. Thanks for reading about my issues and would welcome someone to comment on my blog.

I'm glad my post was helpful to you. Glad to hear you and family are over the Covid my son and wife have just fought thru it. I am sure it causes some depression because of the isolation. How did you cope with that. You must be strong wish I was. Hope things are about back to normal for you. Take care and i welcome you to talk to me at anytime 😊

I broke with my guy. There was just too much arguing which wasn't good for me. I couldn't handle it with my bipolar condition. I'm staying with a friend I was unable to sleep mire than 2 hours a night but of the stress and too much thinking. I did for 3 weeks. Finally I had had it and called for something for sleep. I was started on 50 MG of trazadone and let tell I have never had such good sleep in long time!!! It's worked like a charm!! Sorry for long story!!

Just plugging along. Chat w/Case Manager today...just spilled out the anxiety & frustration. He wanted to know if I was done feeling sorry for myself. Not mean or anything, but he knows sometimes I just have to get things out to someone in order to "start over." Anxiety doesn't go away though...hoping I can at least start my assigned medical projects over again and maybe feel a little better about them.

The past few days have been rough. Life has been very busy, all in good ways, everything really seems to be going my way, but I started feeling off starting several weeks ago. I had some moments of rapid speech and thought, and a couple of panic attacks. My doctors and husband didn't seemed concerned. My psych suggested I take Clonopin, for the Panic attacks. Things were ok for a while. Then last Friday I was prepping dinner in the morning, and had an allergic reaction to something in a spice mixture, hives, numbness in my face, swelling, took a benydril, and the reaction went down, but then I had a minor episode. I started having a lot of the physical symptoms I get when manic, ticks, tremors, panic attacks, buzzing, light and sound sensitivity, as well as irritability, and slight dissociation. I had some of this throughout the weekend and yesterday. I called my psych, and have an appointment later today. After I dropped off my kid at school this morning, I was walking into our hallway, and fainted (I assume this was just from all the stress). I cancelled my morning client, and am going to try to get through the rest of the day.
I haven't had a major episode since I was first diagnosed over 2 years ago. I am still sleeping well, I am not impulsive, and don't had a God complex. When I have these physical symptoms I feel like a faker because they are most likely caused by something mental, not physical. And when I told my husband this he responds with "I don't know what to tell you," Which makes me feel like he thinks I am faking. I told him that, and he said that he doesn't think I'm faking it, he just doesn't know what to do, or say. I love him, but he is not the most sympathetic person.
I feel like maybe I'm calling my doctor too soon, like I don't have the really worrying symptoms of mania, but I don't want to wait until it is too late. I am also having major trouble concentrating, and procrastinating like it is my job, and am even more forgetful that usual. I am of 600mg of Tegretol, and have been for over a year, and it has been great. I am terrified of possibly having to try a new medication, and going through the adjustment period again. I am also worried that I'm going to scare my husband off. The first time I went manic he had an emotional affair, almost left me, and had feelings for this other girl (on of my closest friends) for over a year. I am also afraid that this is going to ruin my business. I work for myself, LOVE my job, and am very very busy. I have made a few scheduling mistakes lately, and have had to cancel a few clients because of panic attacks, or a migraine, or something.
Thank you for reading my novel...

I feel so alone. Like no one understands me or goes through these Highs or lows with Me in my family. When I'm depressed everyone I know says get up and wants me to bathe and take care of myself and do stuff. I don't leave the house and eat everything in sight and cry and binge watch TV when I'm bad. When I'm High I borrow money and spend hundreds of dollars that aren't mine on useless shit walk and walk don't sleep talk and talk feel euphoria think I can do and accomplish everything like school and jobs so I apply for everything get the interviews and end up depressed again and blow them off. Its an endless cycle medicine doesn't help. I hate my life so I do drugs get addicted.anothr issue I can't solve quit drugs and its back to bipolar mood swings I'm done

@Classycathy Absolutely! Try the cannabis pens. The come in Sativa (energetic high), Indica (a mellow and relaxing high) or blends. You can read on the box to see what the strain type is so you don’t grab the wrong one. I use Indica during my manic episodes. While it doesn’t completely rid me of the mania, but it definitely helps and gives me some relief. I believe you can buy them online. Our friends usually have them on hand so we get ours that way. Good luck!🍀

This really helps reading all the discussions. It's a daily reminder I'm not the only one hurting and dealing with this condition. Wish ther were more posts to talk on.
